FOR CURRENT OPD EMPLOYEES

Conference Fees are waived for current OPD employees.  Please fill out the form below. 

Registration for the Conference will be closed on April 26, 2019.  OPD Employees that have not registered will not be allowed to attend any Conference sponsored activities (meals, the banquet, training sessions, etc.) without Conference Registration Credentials.

 

If you intend to bring a guest to the OPD Awards Ceremony & Dinner on Monday, May 20th, please also fill out Reservation form on the the Non-OPD Employee Reservation page.  There will be a fee for each guest.

*Hotel Reservations Must Be Made Separately.  Please click on this Link to make your hotel reservations at the Clarion Hotel, and use the Group Code (PD1805) in order to receive the group Conference Rate.

** Registration includes the following meals: Monday breakfast, lunch & Awards Dinner, Tuesday breakfast only.
